Ingredients
- Dough for 2 crust 9 inch pie
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. rhubarb, diced
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 Large eggs
Method
- Put sugar and flour on rhubarb, break Large eggs on top; stir.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon lightly.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with top crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
