Ingredients

  • 28 Christie Coffee Break Cinnamon Raisin Cookies
  • 1 pkg. (250g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 container (175g) cherry yogurt
  • 1 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
  • 1 can (19oz/540mL) cherry pie filling

Method

  • PLACE one wafer, flat side down, in bottom of each 14 paper-lined muffin tins.
  • BEAT cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Blend in yogurt.
  • PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.
  • Fold in creamed mixture.
  • Spoon half of filling evenly over wafers.
  • Top each with one wafer.
  • Spoon remaining filling evenly on top.
  • CHILL until set, about 3 hours.
  • SPOON about 2 Tbsp (30mL) cherry pie filling over each dessert.
  • Chill until serving time.
