Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add milk and flour, blending well. Add coconut.
- Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
