Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat, trimmed lean
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Method
- Place meat in heavy roaster with lid.
- Pour soups and wine over meat and bake, covered, for 2 hours in 350° oven.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Water can be added before serving if it is too thick (1/2 cup).
