Ingredients
- 12 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked for mashing
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
Method
- After mashing the potatoes add the cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper, milk and onion.
- When potatoes have cooled a bit add the 2 eggs.
- Mix together and pour into a greased 13x9 casserole dish.
- Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
