Ingredients
- 2 qt. flour
- 3 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Set aside.
- Mix oil, milk and egg together and add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Pour out on lightly floured board and knead, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Let dough rise on board for 20 minutes. Cut into desired shapes; place in greased muffin pans and brush top of rolls with margarine.
- Let rise until double in bulk.
- Bake in oven at 375° for 10 minutes or until done.
- Yields 3 dozen rolls.
