Ingredients
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 banana, diced
- 1 medium can pineapple tidbits
- 1 can mandarin oranges, diced
- some grapes
- some cherries
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Drain canned fruits and reserve juices.
- Mix 1/3 cup orange juice and 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
- Add 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- Stir and boil for 2 minutes.
- Pour hot mixture over the fruits in a bowl.
- Let set, uncovered, until cool, then refrigerate.
