Ingredients

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1 medium can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, diced
  • some grapes
  • some cherries
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Drain canned fruits and reserve juices.
  • Mix 1/3 cup orange juice and 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
  • Add 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • Stir and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Pour hot mixture over the fruits in a bowl.
  • Let set, uncovered, until cool, then refrigerate.
