Ingredients

  • 3 cups blueberry's (wash well and take off any stems)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of tapioca beads
  • 1 box flako pie crust mix

Method

  • mix all ingredients together and let sit while preparing the crust.
  • Prepare crust according to package directions.
  • Pour mixture into pie shell, add top and cut 2-3 slits to let out steam
  • If you prefer a crumb topping instead, add mixture to pie shell and then combine 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup softened butter and 1/4 cup sugar, mix together and sprinkle on top of the pie.
  • Bake at 425 for 25-35 minutes
