Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, cut in several pieces
- 1 tsp. sugar substitute
- 1 (2-inch) sq. pimento, finely diced
Method
- In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Cook for 10 minutes, uncovered.
- Discard garlic.
- Use for fruit salad, with Chinese dishes, or for basting chicken or pork.
