Ingredients
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 2 c. broccoli, cut up
- 2 c. cauliflower, cut up
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 c. bamboo shoots
Method
- Cook rice.
- While cooking rice, prepare vegetables.
- A variety of vegetables can be used.
- I have listed a few veggies we usually use, but feel free to add your own favorites.
- To cook vegetables, stir-fry carrots for 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower; stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice; mix.
- Sprinkle soy sauce to taste.
