Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Mozzarella Garlic Tortelloni
  • 2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (red pepper, broccoli florets, carrots and mushrooms)
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Alfredo Sauce

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, adding the vegetables to the water for the last 3 min.
  • of the pasta cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, heat sauce as directed on package.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  • Add sauce; toss to coat.
  • Serve with DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
