Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, butterfly
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 10 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
- flour
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat oil in large pan.
- Spread both sides of each chop with mustard.
- Dip in flour to coat.
- Brown chops in hot oil.
- Transfer chops to baking dish and top with soup.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
