Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk, scalded and cooled to warm
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar, shortening and 4 cups of flour. Should be like pancake mix.
- Let rise 2 hours.
