Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. medium size shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • paprika, to taste

Method

  • Place shrimp in a single layer in a large, well greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper to taste.
  • In a small skillet, heat the oil, add the mushrooms and saute until lightly browned; remove to large bowl and toss with flour.
  • Stir in the sour cream, melted butter and soy sauce, mix well.
  • Pour over shrimp, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  • Bake in a preheated 375° oven until heated through, about 10 minutes.
  • Makes 4 servings.
