- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. medium size shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
Method
- Place shrimp in a single layer in a large, well greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper to taste.
- In a small skillet, heat the oil, add the mushrooms and saute until lightly browned; remove to large bowl and toss with flour.
- Stir in the sour cream, melted butter and soy sauce, mix well.
- Pour over shrimp, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Bake in a preheated 375° oven until heated through, about 10 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
