Ingredients
- 1 can cut green beans, drained
- 1 can cut yellow beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. onion slices
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. wine vinegar (cider vinegar can be used)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour over beans, pepper and onions.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Mix again before serving.
