Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Canola Oil
  • 6T packed brown sugar
  • 6T pure maple syrup
  • 2T warm water
  • 1/2t salt
  • 3/4 C sweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1C slivered almonds
  • 1/3 C sesame seeds
  • 1 C golden raisins (or other dried berry of choice)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Wisk all ingredients through salt together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour syrup mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spray jelly roll pan and spread granola evenly in pan. Bake for about 75 minutes, turning occasionally. Granola will be golden brown when ready.
