Ingredients
- 1/4 C Canola Oil
- 6T packed brown sugar
- 6T pure maple syrup
- 2T warm water
- 1/2t salt
- 3/4 C sweetened shredded coconut
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1C slivered almonds
- 1/3 C sesame seeds
- 1 C golden raisins (or other dried berry of choice)
Method
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Wisk all ingredients through salt together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour syrup mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spray jelly roll pan and spread granola evenly in pan. Bake for about 75 minutes, turning occasionally. Granola will be golden brown when ready.
