Ingredients
- 1 can lemon pie filling and topping
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Pour the lemon pie filling into the baked pie shell.
- Beat egg whites until fluffy.
- Add cream of tartar and sugar, gradually, beating until stiff.
- Pour meringue on pie.
- Place pie in oven. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

- 8 servings.
