Ingredients
- 20 Shrimp
- 1 head Broccoli
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Katakuriko
Method
- Combine the ingredients.
- Boil the broccoli to your desired degree of doneness and drain well.
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Cut a slit in the back.
- Massage the shrimp with katakuriko and salt to remove any surface impurities and rinse well.
- Dry the rinsed shrimp very well.
- Put the shrimp in a plastic bag with katakuriko (about 2 tablespoons) and shake.
- Pour a generous amount of oil in a pan, and pan fry the shrimp until it's nicely colored.
- When the shrimp are just about cooked through, wipe excess oil in the pan with paper towels.
- Add the pre-boiled broccoli and stir fry lightly.
- Add the ingredients, mix well and it's done.
