Ingredients

  • 20 Shrimp
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Katakuriko

Method

  • Combine the ingredients.
  • Boil the broccoli to your desired degree of doneness and drain well.
  • Peel and devein the shrimp.
  • Cut a slit in the back.
  • Massage the shrimp with katakuriko and salt to remove any surface impurities and rinse well.
  • Dry the rinsed shrimp very well.
  • Put the shrimp in a plastic bag with katakuriko (about 2 tablespoons) and shake.
  • Pour a generous amount of oil in a pan, and pan fry the shrimp until it's nicely colored.
  • When the shrimp are just about cooked through, wipe excess oil in the pan with paper towels.
  • Add the pre-boiled broccoli and stir fry lightly.
  • Add the ingredients, mix well and it's done.
