Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook spaghetti as directed and drain.
- Add eggs, Parmesan and parsley.
- In a greased 9-inch pie plate, layer half of the spaghetti, then half of the Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Heat sauce; add mushrooms.
- Cut pie into wedges and serve with sauce over top.
