Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 to 4 deer steaks
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients and pour over steaks.
- Marinate at room temperature 1 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Drain steaks.
- Broil over charcoal or under oven broiler.
- Baste frequently.
