- 3 lb. deer meat, sliced thin
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 ___ soy sauce
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Method
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Place meat in sauce and let it marinate for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, take it out and dry with paper towels.
- Place in a dehydrator or in oven on low for 6 to 8 hours.
