Ingredients
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 3 tbsp. meringue powder
- 6 to 7 tbsp. cold water
- assorted paste food colors
Method
- Beat
- sugar, meringue powder and 6 tbsp water in a mixer at medium speed, until smooth. Increase speed to highest and beat
- 5 minutes until thick and smooth, adding up to 1 tbsp. more water for piping consistency if necessary.
