- 1 lb. Bob Evans pork sausage
- 2 pkg. Dairy crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet and drain well.
- Separate and roll out dough into 16 triangles.
- Press over bottom and up sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press perforated edges together to seal and form a crust.
- Spoon sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with hash browns.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Beat together eggs, water and seasonings.
- Pour over pan contents.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
