Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Bob Evans pork sausage
  • 2 pkg. Dairy crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Brown sausage in skillet and drain well.
  • Separate and roll out dough into 16 triangles.
  • Press over bottom and up sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Press perforated edges together to seal and form a crust.
  • Spoon sausage over crust.
  • Sprinkle with hash browns.
  • Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Beat together eggs, water and seasonings.
  • Pour over pan contents.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
