Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Cook first four ingredients for 15 minutes (medium heat) in an electric skillet.
- When cooked, stir in nuts, vanilla and Rice Krispies.
- Mix well.
- Let cool about 10 minutes.
- Roll in hand to make small balls and then roll in coconut.
- Put on waxed paper on cookie sheet.
