Ingredients
- 1 box dates
- sugar
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. nuts
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. Karo syrup
Method
- Mix sugar, cream, water, butter and Karo syrup.
- Cook to soft boiling stage.
- Add dates; stir until dissolved.
- Cool a little. Beat until creamy, add nuts.
- Beat and pour out on damp cloth. Roll in damp cloth and refrigerate.
