Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup Dutch-process cocoa
- 1 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- To prepare sauce, combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla; let stand 1 minute. Stir until smooth; cool.
