Ingredients
- thin pork chops
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- curry powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- ketchup
- onions
Method
- Wash pork chops.
- Rub with salt, pepper, garlic salt, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup on both sides.
- Layer pork chops with onions and wrap; let them marinate for 2 hours. In saucepan, saute onions and brown chops and then cover with water.
- Cook slowly for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- The juice from the pork chops will be a gravy that you can serve over rice.
