- 2 c. chicken
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/2 lb. seedless grapes
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
Method
- In large bowl, mix
- together
- chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and almonds.
- (Can be prepared up to 8 hours in advance.)
