Ingredients
- 5 to 6 lb. turkey breast
- 1/2 lb. chopped celery
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Cook turkey breast overnight on high in crock-pot.
- Cool, remove from bone and cube, approximately 1/4 to 1/8-inch size. Add and mix the 4 other ingredients.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
