Ingredients
- 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, each 3/4-inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
Method
- On waxed paper, combine flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Use to coat both sides of pork chops.
- In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook pork chops 7 to 8 minutes until tender and golden brown on both sides, turning pork chops once.
- Makes 4 main dish servings.
