- 1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can peach slices, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can apricots or more peaches, drained
- 1 small jar whole cherries, drained
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- dash of salt
Method
- Arrange fruit in dish; save 2 cups juice.
- Cook juice, brown sugar, butter, cornstarch, curry powder and salt until thick. Stir constantly.
- Pour on top of arranged fruit.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
