Ingredients
- pineapple rings, drained
- pear halves, drained
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- brown sugar
Method
- Layer pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
- Place pear halves over pineapple rings.
- Melt butter.
- Add curry powder. Spoon over fruit.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over fruit.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
