Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour Cream (ff plain yogurt)
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 med onion thinly sliced
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 4 1/2 C sliced cucumber
Method
- mix sour cream, sugar, salt and lemon juice
- add sliced cukes
- add sliced onion
- refridgerate for 2 hours before eatting
