Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 24 multicolored cherry tomatoes
  • 24 (1-inch) slices English cucumber

Method

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Thread 2 tomatoes and 2 cucumber pieces alternately onto each of 12 (4-inch) skewers. Serve with sauce.
