Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 24 multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 24 (1-inch) slices English cucumber
Method
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Thread 2 tomatoes and 2 cucumber pieces alternately onto each of 12 (4-inch) skewers. Serve with sauce.
