Ingredients
- 8 c. sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. sliced bell pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Method
- Cover vegetables with salt and let stand for 1 hour. Do not drain. In a bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add mixture to vegetables and stir. Will keep for several weeks in a Tupperware container.
