Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar or possibly lemon juice
- 4 1/2 c. thinly sliced and peeled cucumber (6 med.)
Method
- Blend together sugar, salt, lowfat sour cream, onion, and vinegar.
- Stir in cucumbers.
- Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
