Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour; mix well.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Pour into pie pan lightly greased with butter.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Bake about 50 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Flour settles to bottom during baking to form a very light crust.
