Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pkg. goldfish cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese crackers
  • 2 c. oyster crackers
  • 1 c. chow mein noodles
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. peanuts

Method

  • Heat oven to 325°. Spread crackers & noodles on ungreased jelly roll pan (15 x 10). In small bowl, combine oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Pour over crackers and noodles; stir to coat. Bake at 325° for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
