Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- Minute rice
Method
- Place chicken in an oblong dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Stir soup according to directions.
- Spread over cheese.
- Combine butter and stuffing.
- Sprinkle on top of soup.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Serve over rice.
- Garnish with oregano.
