Ingredients

  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken (breast preferred)
  • 2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients except the cheese and potato chips in a large bowl.
  • Pile lightly into buttered casserole.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
  • Bake in a 450° oven for 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  • Dish should be crunchy.
