Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 c. sliced radishes
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 3/4 c. commercial sour cream
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. caraway seed
  • 1 (0.37 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix

Method

  • Wash the cauliflower, break into flowerets.
  • Combine cauliflower and next 3 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Toss gently.
  • Stir together remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over vegetables; stir well.
  • Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and chill before serving.
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
