- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 12 cup sesame seeds
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 2 (3 ounce) bags ramen noodles, noodles only, crushed
- 34 cup almonds, sliced
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 13 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
Method
- Brown sesame seeds in margarine.
- In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, onions, noodles, almonds and sesame seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix the last 4 ingredients to make the dressing.
- Add dressing to salad ingredients just before serving; toss to coat.
