Ingredients
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 2 pounds Apples (5 Cups)
- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cups Coconut
Method
- 1. Slice apples into a large bowl.
- 2. Add the next four ingredients and toss together. Set aside.
- 3. In another bowl, cut butter into small pieces and mix with the other three ingredients until crumbly.
- 4. Set aside 3/4 cup of this mixture for the topping.
- 5. Press the remaining mixture into a 9" pie pan.
- 6. Pour in the apple filling in on top of that and then top with the reserved crumb mixture.
- 7. Bake at 350 F for about 60 minutes.
