Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12-2 lbs round steaks
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup or 14 12 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 12 cup water
- 1 12 teaspoons vinegar
Method
- Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak.
- Brown steak in butter and onion.
- Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot.
- Let simmer 3 to 4 hours or all day to make more tender.
