Ingredients

  • 1 carton commercial sour cream (prefer Borden)
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • instant onion flakes to taste
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled, but still firm

Method

  • Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat and add sour cream and soup and onion flakes.
  • When margarine mixture is melted and smooth, combine with the 6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes (boiled) and place in crock-pot on low heat.
  • Cook in crock-pot for at least 1 hour.
