Ingredients
- 1 carton commercial sour cream (prefer Borden)
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- instant onion flakes to taste
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled, but still firm
Method
- Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat and add sour cream and soup and onion flakes.
- When margarine mixture is melted and smooth, combine with the 6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes (boiled) and place in crock-pot on low heat.
- Cook in crock-pot for at least 1 hour.
