Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryers, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Coat chicken with flour, seasoned with salt.
- Saute chicken on all sides in oil in skillet until brown.
- Drain.
- Place in crock-pot.
- Stir lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Remove chicken.
- Pour liquid into saucepan.
- Return chicken to crock-pot.
- Cover; keep warm.
