Ingredients

  • 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 14 teaspoon basil
  • 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 bay leaves

Method

  • Place chicken breasts in crockpot and pour over heavy cream.
  • In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and mustard.
  • Then spread mixture over chicken breasts.
  • Combine spices in another small bowl and sprinkle of chicken.
  • Then top with the 2 bay leaves.
  • Cover with lid and set crockpot on low to cook for 6 to 8 hours.
