- 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon basil
- 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 bay leaves
Method
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot and pour over heavy cream.
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and mustard.
- Then spread mixture over chicken breasts.
- Combine spices in another small bowl and sprinkle of chicken.
- Then top with the 2 bay leaves.
- Cover with lid and set crockpot on low to cook for 6 to 8 hours.
