Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Method
- Combine partially thawed hash browns, soup, milk and half the onion rings.
- Pour into greased crock-pot.
- Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or 3 hours on high.
- Sprinkle remaining onion rings over the top before serving.
