Ingredients

  • 15 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp. salt (more or less depending on your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. cooking oil

Method

  • Cut up each wing into 3 sections.
  • Discard the end-bone portion.
  • Now each wing gives 2 pieces.
  • Marinate wings with salt and let it sit for 1 hour (overnight is okay too).
  • Turn stove to medium-high; on a nonstick pan, add 1/2 teaspoon oil.
  • Put chicken in and turn very frequently.
  • Do not cover pan.
  • Done in about 25 to 30 minutes, when wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • Most of the oil is squeezed out.
  • Drain and serve.
