Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 1 tsp. salt (more or less depending on your taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cooking oil
Method
- Cut up each wing into 3 sections.
- Discard the end-bone portion.
- Now each wing gives 2 pieces.
- Marinate wings with salt and let it sit for 1 hour (overnight is okay too).
- Turn stove to medium-high; on a nonstick pan, add 1/2 teaspoon oil.
- Put chicken in and turn very frequently.
- Do not cover pan.
- Done in about 25 to 30 minutes, when wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Most of the oil is squeezed out.
- Drain and serve.
