- 1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
- 20 slices bread, crusts removed
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Spread evenly on 10 slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining 10 slices. Wrap individually in freezer wrap and freeze.
