Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
  • 20 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Spread evenly on 10 slices of bread.
  • Top with the remaining 10 slices. Wrap individually in freezer wrap and freeze.
